Terms and Conditions & Warranty

Please read manufacturers handbook, and all instructions supplied before using your Bay Chainsaws product.

Before use, please check all parts are secure and operating correctly.

Product warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse, or if product is improperly maintained serviced or repaired.

The warranty is voided if the product is modified in any way.

The warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, or through negligence.

The Warranty does not cover wearing of parts.

Please notify us immediately if there is a fault found with any Bay Chainsaws product.

If your order arrives in damaged condition please phone us within 3 days, so we can follow up promptly with the courier company. Goods are subject to the manufacturers' warranties. We will pass on the benefit of those warranties to you, without being directly liable to you under any warranty.

This warranty is available to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase to be supplied.

Returns and Exchanges

For a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.

Please note, products returned or exchanged must be in a brand-new condition with packaging intact. A restocking fee may apply.

We do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The cost of freight, both for returning the item and sending any replacement, will be the responsibility of the customer, we recommend you use tracked delivery to cover yourself against any loss.

Please note any product eligible for exchange, must be returned within 2 weeks after purchase date.
